Minimum stay is two nights. The compulsory three-meal plan and resort boat transfers are charged separately from the villa rate. Arrange the boat from Mersing in advance; schedules depend on tides, occupancy and weather, and transfers may be delayed or cancelled if the harbour closes. Confirm the booked cancellation terms; the published FAQ describes refunds less processing fees for cancellations more than 14 days before arrival. Some villas require stairs. Wi-Fi is available only in public areas.
