The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat is a villa resort in a green limestone valley at Sunway City Ipoh. The retreat welcomes guests aged 12 and above and offers 44 villas across Lake, Water, Luxury Garden, Grand Garden and Royal categories. Every villa has a private pool and a geothermal hot-water bathing feature. Hotel terms

The retreat welcomes guests aged 12 and above; lead guest minimum check-in age is 18. Check-in is 15:00–23:30 and checkout by noon. Arrange arrival instructions in advance. Pets are not allowed. No infant cots are provided. Lake Villas do not allow an extra bed. Water, Luxury Garden and Grand Garden Villas can arrange a paid roll-out bed for a third guest within the stated maximum. Jeff’s Cellar requires 48-hour advance reservations and Pomelo 24 hours. Jeff’s Cellar requires smart-casual attire, excluding slippers and shorts. Meals and cancellation depend on the booked rate.
