Allow a full day for a selected route or two nights to spread activities. The park guide places Bau Sau 14km from headquarters: 9km by vehicle or bicycle followed by 5km walking each way; allow for the return.
Start early and adapt to rainfall and trail conditions. Drier conditions generally ease walking; confirm Bau Sau access and the river crossing before travel.
Choose a short visitor-centre forest outing or a longer Bau Sau wetland route. Allow realistic walking and transfer time. Transport, guiding, rescue-centre visits and night activities are separate arrangements. The gallery shows trees, fungi, birds, primates and a frog from the park collection, not guaranteed wildlife encounters.
Nam Cat Tien access by the Dong Nai River, Dong Nai, Vietnam; the current website also uses Dak Lua. The pin is a headquarters-area reference from a georeferenced research record, not an exact ferry landing; obtain ticket-office and crossing directions from the park.
